Ken Ravago » Team Leader/ Listing Specialist

Ken has been in involved with real estate and property management since 2001. Prior to this he worked in telecommunications sales while pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He also holds an MBA in business management.

Licenses and Permits

  • Nevada Broker/Associate License
  • Property Management Permit.

Ken's experience as a rental property owner and listing agent allows him to effectively manage the investments for the owners he serves. Problem solving, negotiations, and customer service are critical to the success of his property management and real estate practice. In his spare time, Ken enjoys the outdoors, especially bass fishing.

Kim Ravago » Maintenance Supervisor

Kim Ravago serves as a buyer's agent and co property manager for the Ravago Group for the last 13 years. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems at Devry University in Fremont, CA. He previously worked in the mortgage lending and financial services. Kim volunteers as a driver for the Serving Our Kids Foundation delivering food to underprivileged children throughout the Las Vegas Valley. His hobbies include: Bass fishing, Kayaking, Cooking, and Fantasy Football.

Cintia Samperio serves as the Office Manager for Ravago Group. She has over 15 years of property management and customer service experience. She has been in the Ravago Group for 7 years. Her responsibilities include rent collection, accounting, and property walkthroughs. Cintia is currently continuing her Criminal Justice and Computer Science degree. Cintia assists foster parents in her free time, loves to travel around the world and enjoys outdoor activities.

Johanna de Rosas » Administrative Assistant

Johanna de Rosas serves as the Administrative Assistant for Ravago Group. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in Human Resource and Development Management. She works primarily with vendors to troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance issues. She is also responsible for reviewing rental applications and assisting the property manager in determining whether applicants meet the criteria. Prior to joining the team, she had more than six years of work experience as a customer service representative. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring restaurants and cafes, and engaging in creative activities like painting, digital arts, and embroidery.
